- HOA COVENANTS-To protect and promote The Village Architectural Style, the subdivision has a set of covenants to regulate any potential changes to the home architecture, landscaping, paint color, driveways and home expansions which all must be first reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors and the Architectural Committee as stated in the HOA Bylaws. The covenants can be viewed via the "HOA covenants" link listed in this sites sidebar.
- SPEED LIMIT- 20 MPH in side the Village area. This is to help insure the safety of our residents.
- RESIDENT PARKING- Home owners private vehicles are to be parked in their garages at all times with the garage door being closed unless being actively used for exit and entry. This affords your guests parking space, minimizes vehicles being parked on the roadways (safety concern) and helps us maintain an organized appearance of our community.
- NEW RESIDENT PARKING- New residents (moving in) are afforded a grace period of (4) weeks regarding resident parking . During the move in period, new residents are asked to comply with the resident paring rules but the HOA recognizes this may not be feasible during the move in period.
- VISITOR PARKING- Your visitors are asked to park in your driveway or in designated parking areas. Visitors may park in designated parking areas for up to (7) days. If additional time is needed due to extenuating circumstances, approval by the Board of Directors will be required.
- MOTORIZED VEHICLES- such as RV's, Vans, Mopeds, Motorcycles, Lawn mowers, trailers, boats etc...are to be stored in the homeowners garage and are not allowed to be parked in open areas!
- SIGNAGE- No signage is allowed on the 101st frontage except "OPEN HOUSE" signs when a property is for sale.
- FIREWORKS- Absolutely no fireworks whatsoever are allowed in the neighborhood! Not only is it prohibited by law in the Tulsa City Limits it is also a safety concern for our residents.
- ENFORCEMENT/FINES- The HOA and it's Board of Directors are committed to upholding the Associations rules and covenants and ask that all residents fully comply with the HOA covenants / rules and regulations. The HOA covenants are in place to benefit all our residents. Please be aware that fines will be levied to violators if determined necessary to enforce compliance with the rules and regulations of "The Village". A copy of the HOA covenants can be found via the "HOA covenants" link listed in this sites sidebar.
- PETS- The rules regarding pets are the same as the City of Tulsa ordinances. Keep your dog on a leash when outside your property, remove any deposits your dog leaves on any property in the Village and keep animals close and under control at all times. Please keep in mind that City Fines are enforceable and begin a $200 per infraction.
- TRASH SERVICE- Our trash & recycles are picked up on Monday morning. Trash containers can be placed at the curb of your driveway on the afternoon before the next day pick up and brought back in the evening of the day of pick up. Please try and keep your containers clear of the mail box to allow for mail delivery.
