AN INITIATIVE OF NEW P.G. HOSTEL

RAVENSHAW UNIVERSITY

STRUCTURE OF SRUSHTI SAHITYA SANSAD

1. The Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor of Ravenshaw University will be the Ex-officio President of SRUSHTI SAHITYA SANSAD.

2. The Superintendent of New P.G. Hostel, Ravenshaw University will be the Ex-officio Vice-President of SRUSHTI SAHITYA SANSAD

3. The body will consist of the following office bearers:

a. Secretary (should be a boarder of New P.G. Hostel and recipient of Srushti Sahitya Purashkar, to be instituted from this year.)

b. Members (All the boarders of New P.G. Hostel as well as desirous students of Ravenshaw University(Other than New P.G. Hostel boarders) with literary pursuits)

c. The recipient of Srushti Sahitya Purashkar will be elected as the Editor of the magazine for the next year and a Guest Editor will also be elected from among the contributors with the best contribution.

4. Advisory Board: The Board will comprise select teachers of Ravenshaw University and eminent personalities of Odisha.
