Q: What is your return policy?

A: All sales are final, except you can buy items "on approval" by request.  You just pay in cash or check, and then you will have one business day to bring the item back in its original form if you change your mind about buying it.

Q: Can I put something on hold?

A: Yes, you can put items on hold for one business day which means the items will be put behind the counter so no other customers can buy it during that time.

Q: Do you have a layaway program?

A: Yes, here are the details: one-third of the purchase price must be paid at the time of the layaway, you have one month to pay the balance and pick up your purchase, all sales are final, and there cannot be any refunds nor returns.

Q: May I buy a gift certificate?

A: Yes, there are gift certificates available, you choose the amount!

Q: When can I consign items?

A: You can bring in items to consign six days a week during business hours. Up to 20 items accepted.  Please call ahead for a same day appointment 319-354-2565.

Q: Are there any consignment fees?

A: No.
