Board

The board has longer than a quarter of a century combined experience in Business Administration, and Industrial and Organizational Psychology; these include incorporation, service of process, oversight of governing board office of the treasurer/director/secretary/and office of the President, and associated roles such as chairman, C.E.O., Shareholders appointed director, and Shareholders chairman. With respect to treasury oversight, the board has also 13 year experience of The USA's FASAB (FEDERAL ACCOUNTING STANDARDS ADVISORY BOARD) procedures used in basic bookkeeping for accounting of a service business. 

In addition to these knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience relevant to incorporation, board offices, and day-to-day management, sales, and corporate record keeping, the board brings to the table a comfort level with general economics principles, basic statistical research, design, analysis,interpretation, recommendation, reporting, and evaluation with respect to coding, P index, correlation, skewed data, statistical reliability, and statistical validity; similarly, critical areas are inclusive of board member(s) orientation, immediate / short / and long term planning, policy and procedures administration, marketing, sales, advertisement, decision making, personnel selection and management, professional and staff development, job performance and outcomes appraisal, thirty year experience with the service focus area of Career service, technical staffing, job search training and preparedness to a wide array of business sectors. These are inclusive of, but not limited to private entities, start-ups, Pre IPOs, and public, small, and medium size businesses. In these sectors, the board's industry experience focus over the past 30 year-period has continued on software technology engineering, and development, USA's  professional/technical/and service Government Institutions, writer support, English crusades reference-support, jobs-bank reference-support, reference-page to agencies that assist qualified, disabled individuals, educational endeavor support, institution(s) of higher education, building oversight, service oversight, lodging, transportation, and retail.
