I visit here often whilst driving at work or when out on my bike and I've never been disappointed. You'll always be greeted with a smile and the food is great. Enough to fill up any hungry trucker/biker.

Good breakfast. Very friendly family run also very helpful with directions.. cheap. Very much like a roadside cafe. Comfortable seats. Baby high chair.

Popped in here after dropping a truck of at the garage next door. Friendly welcome and good banter with the staff as I decided what to order. I went for the chillie burger. It was a good size and the chillie was of a good heat but most importantly it all tasted great.
I have recommended the place to my work colleagues for when they are in the area and all have agreed that the food is good.

When I think of a Café - proper old and like the good old days... this is what I think of. Staff in here are always good craic and the food is always very good. Not modern in any way shape or form but good quality grub in a great little café served by good people. I love this café and will continue to use it whenever im passing by.
Seems to be a popular place for motor bikers to visit too, so whether you have a 50cc or a 1000cc you will be made to feel welcome in here.

Good food and really good prices, check it out on a tueday night, the foods great and the company will be good, Bikers of all shapes and sizes and all friendly, there is always a good atmosphere and good crack
The best homemade apple crumble and custard in the world!! And the biker night is good too! lol
been there a few times can say food is well priced and well cooked good enough for a of the route romantic meal
as already said biker friendly and family run so also family friendly well worth the visit

best scampi and chips in the northeast, brilliant staff, and good banter , the people that go there are brill
relay good atmosphere. every week on a tuesday there are a good variety of bikes coming and going all night. there is never a dull moment with the boundary around!!!
It's rare these days to find a 'biker friendly' spot that really hits the mark, having a great atmosphere and the provision of good quality, reasonably priced well cooked food. The Pitstop Diner manages to achieve all of that and so much more. The owners are to be applauded for running what deserves to be Britain's BEST biking spot! Good luck with the competition!
A great time every time i've been, loads of bikes of all types, real friendly atmosphere, good people and crackin grub. The large Breakfast is exactly what it says, just the job to set you up or finish you off. GOOD ONE!

"When I am in Stockton usually call into one of the cafes there but today decided to go and visit Gary and Hilary. Made very welcome and enjoyed a great bacon butty and a hot brew. Large portions, very tasty and at excellent prices. Oh and nearly forgot great company"
