The Gowran Paddocks Residents' Association - GPRA

launched in 2004, The Paddocks was to be a development of 26 houses.

Additional planning was granted for two new houses at the far end of the entrance road. and planning was also amended to the Kilkenny Road side of the estate to build five 4 bed houses instead or the original four 5 beds houses that were planned.

Six years on we have 24 completed homes and 5 partially built houses which may never be completed.
