Mam Hael [Beinn Bhreac] and Beinn Molurgainn

Which route you choose is determined by whether you want to include Beinn Bhreac which is an extra 250' of ascent. This is because Eas na Gearr is impassable for much of its course. It is passable at NM998395 by a deer fence which edged the long gone forest shown on the map, but both above and particularly below that poing is in a deep chasm.

You can park at the end of a forest track at NM980382 and a bit further down the road, by the armco barriers, there is a track ascending the hill. To include Beinn Breac head NNE to the obvious peak on the skyline, thence NE to the col at NM998406 where Eas na Gearr can be crossed, continuing ENE to Mam Hael. Continue along the ridge to the impressive head of Gleann Dubh then head SE to the col at NN019405 from where the climb up to Beinn Molurgainn is straightforwards. The summit is the smaller cairn (but bigger than when I found it) away from the larger on on the edge. Continue SW trending W down the ridge to meet a deer fence which is followed NW to Eas na Gearr then head SW to meet the track which returns to the road.

To just do the two Marilyns, follow the track as far as it goes then head for where the deer fence crosses Eas na Gearr. From this point you can do a round of the two hills. The distance is the same.
