17A Biod Mor & Beinn Bhreac
You can park at NG372296 and do these two hills as a round either clockwise or anticlockwise (preferred). Go through the gate and follow the fence which bounded the NW edge of the felled forest. There is a good (stalkers?) path to the shielings but it is badly churned up in parts by cows. From the shielings follow the contours (and a fence initially) in a broad arc to the Beinn Bhreac plateau, visiting the cairn on the 448 spot height at NG 34565 26953 which is about 4’ lower than the trig point according to Memory Map. Descend ENE to avoid the crags and S of the lump with the 270 spot height to ascend steeply to Biod Mor. Skirt round the lochan and head directly back to the car, picking up whatever bits of forest track you can find.
(3 hours 40 mins, 6.6 miles, 1900’ of ascent)
