12A Carn na Coinnich and Meall nan Damh

Park at the Bridgend bridge at NH323548 and follow the track westwards to pick up a track heading SE up the hill (you can cut the corner along the side of the trees). Follow this all the way to the bealach then bear right at around NH325520 to reach the ridge NW of the summit, which is then easily reached.

To get to the twin summit, drop steeply down NE then climb on the same bearing above Loch Carn Uilleim and between Meall a'Bhogair Mor and Loch na Caillich to pick up the ridge of Meall a'Bhogair Beag. Follow this WSW to around NH344520 then head ENE to Meall nan Damh.

To return head NW down grassy slopes to the edge of the forest at NH326594 then NNW back to the start.
