10D Beinn nan Cabar, Cruach Dhubh an Ruidhe Fearna (Hump) and Sidhean Mor

From the road bridge NM715851 I followed the path along Glen Bleasdale but couldn't see the track up to Bealach a'Mhama and followed the obvious route following the river to NM745861 and then generally E, S of the unnamed lochan and NE following the line of an old boundary fence to Beinn nan Cabar.

From there it was N to the deep Allt a'Bhlair Dheirg (crossed at NM762877) then NE to the Hump of Cruach Dhubh an Ruidhe Fearna. Then SE, under South Morar, N of Sgurr Nighean Mhic Choinich and S of Lochan Feith a'Mhadaidh to reach the NE flank of Sidhean Mor. It was an easy descent SW back to the outward track.
