Park in the huge quarry car park underneath the hill. The path is just before the car park (again only found in descent, but it is on the map). I 'climbed' the quarry face and waded through gorse (painful) till I found a bit of a track. The unmarked summit is not obvious, I looked to me after much wandering as the sloping top of a collapsed pill box - there are several there, 2 of which can be entered.
