Our Lodge’s Warrant is dated 30th December 1814 and we celebrated 200 years of our existence in
February 2015, and are steadily making our way towards the next celebration.
We meet on the third Thursday night each month from September through to May and hold our
installation meeting in January, which is always a special occasion.
The current membership of only 16 Masons is drawn mainly from those who have only ever been
members of The Lodge of Concord, past members of The Centenary Lodge which amalgamated with
us in 2005) as well as some past members of Salwick Lodge who joined us after having handed in
their Warrant. We are actively encouraging new members and will always offer them and our
visitors a warm welcome.
We aren’t a specialised Lodge and we don’t have a theme but we happily practice our pure and
ancient Freemasonry and enjoy each other’s company.
We consider ourselves to be a friendly Lodge with plenty of support for those who need our help
and when we have no work of our own to perform, we will happily support other Lodges and
perform ceremonies that they are unable to fulfil.
