The Lake Palestine Meadows POA Board are making an effort to reduce the number of covenant infraction notices/maintenance reminders. Please review the following, as these are the most frequent infractions regarding the Declarations. Reducing the number of infraction notices reduces the amount of money needed to produce and send them.
Yard Maintenance - Specifically mowing of undeveloped lots and keeping items picked-up and neat as per other homes in the subdivision.
Question - Can Members add events to the Calendar of Events, such as, a request to have a family picnic, or special event, at the common area?

Question - Can we install rain barrels to collect rain water for our use?
Answer - Yes; however you must submit a Change Request to the ACC so the ACC can help you with placement and shielding.
