The Lake Palestine Meadows Property Owners' Association, Inc. (POA) was founded in 2010. Phase 1 Subdivision neighborhood; we are fortunate to have an active neighborhood association filled with many long term residents that range in different backgrounds and ages. In short, The Meadows is a great community!
The Lake Palestine Meadows POA has created this site to provide and store information related to the POA Board of Directors, the Architectural Control Committee(ACC), and its Members. All members of the Board and Architectural Committee are volunteers supporting the POA as outlined in the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (Declaration). The content in this site is provided as is and does not replace any actual official documents.
