There is two main ideas when it comes to how people classify JDM
- The out side body work of a car is how JDM members admire art. In turn they show there acceptance and appreciation to these artists. Customization is a huge practice of the JDM community.
- The engine of a car is a very big part of the car and can be ignored but admiring this part of the car is very important. Taking care of the engine and recognizing the engineers that made this part is just as important as is the artists.
The JDM community meshes artistic ideals with technical thoughts in turn this allows its members to gain knowledge and under stand vast opinions from a diverse number of people
