When the car was new the internal resistance values were around 6mOhms.
With age, distance driven, heat during charge, excessive discharge, the value of internal resistance will raise.
There are some reports of cars running quite well with values up to 9 or 10 mOhms.
As the same time there are cars that have limited range and at the same time have a values around 8 mOhms.
The internal resistance values can both increase and decrease, depending on your driving, and outside factors.
