Life Coaching is a practical, solution-oriented practice that focuses on a client's goals and dreams, and the actions necessary to make them happen.
Life Coaching is not therapy, which is primarily focused on healing past emotional wounds and trauma, but it can be therapeutic in that it helps a client identify how his or her past can sabotage their goals.
Although this is an oversimplification, it can be said that therapy focuses on growth in order to effect change; coaching focuses on change in order to effect growth. Dr. Wayne Dyer, noted author and speaker, once said, ''When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change."
Human Beings are guided by their beliefs. But what happens when those beliefs, developed over a lifetime of experiences, start holding you back? When you let go of your limiting beliefs, you will see more of the truth. The greatest human beings who ever lived had the courage to let go of their limiting beliefs and see the truth. They showed us the way - you can do it too!
A life coach helps clients to change the way they look at things so the clients can:

Create prosperity and achieve the client's definition of Success
Achieve life goals and dreams
Reduce and manage stress
Experience more vitality
Find more meaning and purpose in life
To paraphrase Einstein, you can't solve problems with the same thinking that created them. So the Life Coach brings a fresh perspective to the needs of each client. Together they clarify the client's goals and formulate an action plan. Then the plan is broken down into manageable steps.
Any obstacles that impede progress are identified and resolved. Resolution of a simple, specific goal may occur in as few as five or six sessions, though typically the process takes longer, since issues are usually more complex and multiple issues may be interrelated. The process continues by ensuring ongoing support for the client's success.
Sessions are 55 minutes and $99 per session. First session is $49. Availabilities are in the mornings 9am - 12pm, Monday - Thursday. Generally, we'll start with 1x per week sessions.
