Howdy!

I am a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Department of English Language and Literature at the National University of Singapore. I received my Ph.D. from MIT in 2015, with a dissertation entitled Licensing without Case. Previously, I served as a Postdoctoral Research Associate in the University of Maryland's Department of Linguistics, and I completed my B.A. at Brandeis University. I am interested in syntax, especially anything to do with case and agreement.

My current projects include work on the proper modeling of case morphology with a focus on Mayan and Austronesian languages, Differential Object marking, and the syntax and semantics of structurally reduced noun phrases in (Pseudo) Noun Incorporation constructions.
