Please, read the following instructions carefully, and then fill the registration form at the end of this page.

The last date to submit the application is 25 April 2018 at 17:00 Hrs.

Selected candidates shall be informed by email; their registration will be confirmed after receiving the participation fee for Rs 3000. See the details below:

Participation fee:

• Rs 3000 to be paid after getting selected; payment details will be sent along with the selection email.
• Accommodation charges extra (not more than 200/per night).
• No cost for food and snacks.
• Participants will get LaTeX installed on there laptops and a free CD containing complete LaTeX, various programmes, fonts and, possibly, handbooks and notes. Participants shall get desktops, with LaTeX installed, to use during the workshop. However, we strongly recommend that you bring your own machines and practice on them.
• Student who cannot afford the participation fee may write Rohit Dilip Holkar (rohit[dot]d[dot]holkar[at]gmail[dot]com). Such special cases shall be considered.

Selection details:

• Participant will have to apply for the programme. A committee will select the participants.
• Selected participants will get an email within 10 days after closing the registration form; payment details will be sent along with the selection email. Participation will be confirmed after the payment.
• The participants will get a certificate of participation by Bhaskaracharya Pratisthan, Pune. (90% attendance mandatory for getting certificates.) Exceptional cases can be considered.
• At most 30 participants shall be selected.
