City of Ilagan, Isabela- The 3rd Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Forum was successfully held on June 27, 2024 at the TESDA Provincial Office Function Hall. The forum saw attendance from heads of institutions, registrars and  representatives from all Technical Vocational Institutions (TVIs) in the province.  

Topics discussed during the meeting were scholarship program implementation, assessment and certification, starter toolkits conduct of the Provincial Skills Competition , request for Special Order & NSTP numbers for graduates as well as the election of a new set of officers for the association of TVIs in Isabela.

Provincial Director Vilma C. Cabrera, Ph.D. said that the TVET forum aimed to address key concerns in Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) program implementation in the province. She also lauded the active participation and engagement of all attendees that contributed to the success of the forum.

Moving forward, the resolutions and plans discussed during the meeting will be implemented to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of TVET programs in Isabela.
