TESDA Isabela conducted training in Organic Vegetable Gardening under the SIKAP Project at Caliguian, Burgos, Isabela on June 22-24, 2020.

The training was made possible through collaboration with LGU Burgos represented by PESO Manager/CTEC Neri Santos, SK Federation through its President, Hon. Florie Mae Gragasin and R&D Oliveros Farm School of Roxas, Isabela through Engr. Ramon Oliveros Jr.

It was attended by 13 SK officials including SK Fed. Pres. Gragasin herself and five SK chairmen representing the barangays of Bacnor East, Bacnor West, Caliguian, Catabban, Culalabo del Norte, and San Antonino.

The orientation and lecture was held at the multipurpose hall of the new municipal while the actual demonstration was done in one of the Purok Communal gardens located in Barangay Caliguian.

The program culminated with the distribution of training certificates held at the Burgos Community Center which was graced by the vice mayor, Hon. Ruben Gragasin, PESO Manager/CTEC Santos, Juliet Ramos and Armando Daquioag of TESDA – Isabela, and the trainers, Engr. Oliveros and Vanessa Oliveros.
