Ms. Juliet Ramos of TESDA PO Isabela presented TESDA Programs and Projects to the 15 Focused Barangays identified in San Mariano, Benito Soliven and Sindon Bayabo, Ilagan for inclusion in the preparation of their Barangay Development Plan (BDP).

It is so timely that DILG had conducted this 3-day seminar/workshop(December 10-12, 2019) for all the barangay officials and 5 residents of the 15 focused barangays to identify what interventions/assistance the agencies like us could offer.

Different agencies were invited also like DOLE, DA, PGI, PNP, NCIP PSWDO and AFP to present their programs. EO 70 issued by PRRD is utilizing the whole -of- nation approach in Ending Local Communist Armed Conflict(ELCAC) in the areas being identified as influenced, less influenced and threatened barangays. In Isabela we have around 174 barangays.

Ms. Ramos had also the chance to inform Hon. Mayor Go of San Mariano with the upcoming mass graduation of all PRLEC graduates from Isabela, Cagayan, Nueva Vizcaya, and Quirino on December 21, 2019 in their community center. TESDAs 881 graduates came from these identified 15 barangays in Isabela who are presently attending this said seminar/workshop.

The PRLEC Summit was also announced by Ms. Ramos to be held at Isabela School of Arts and Trades (ISAT) on December 20, 2019.
