• Title, Forename, Surname, Address, Telephone Number/s, Email address of the client.
• Child’s name and date of birth, Names and dates of birth of any siblings.
• Address of the venue.
• Fees charged.

This information is stored on a secure, password protected database.

This information is not shared with any third parties.

Clients are contacted every 2 years to ask if they wish to be removed from the mailing list.
