Aydın is located in the west of Turkey. Aydın is a rich historical (Aphrodisias, Tralles, Temple of Apollo, Ancient City of Nysa) , cultural and touristic (Didim, Kuşadası) city.

Köşk county is 18 km from Aydın city center. Our county is at 65 meters an altitude and an area of 91,976 km². Mediterranean climate is seen in the Köşk county. Köşk is famous with fig, olive, olive oil, chestnut and strawberry.

Our school has started to education on 13 September 1982. The new school built on 13 November 1999. There are 193 pupils and 15 teachers in our school. Our school has got 15 classes, 2 ICT classes, a science laboratory and a synthetic pitch. Students are between 11-14 ages. 8th grade students will be in this project.
