So who am I
I have over 20 years experience in the Telecoms industry working for BT. with focus on providing major internal networks for business and home customers, with telephone and broadband network solutions. From basic telephone services through to the advance networks like ISDN, FEATURENETS, BROADBAND services and Data networks for customers through out the UK.
The core of my service covers Surrey and surrounding counties, solving phone wiring problems professionally and effectively.
The service is intended to be a cost effective solution against the higher charges that the main service providers offer. The quality of service i give is on a more direct, personal level. helping people to get the most from Broadband and phone service.
The service is available for anyone experiencing problems with their telephone wiring and/or Broadband connection as well as installing new telephone solutions.
What can I offer to you?
When you call there's no call centres to deal with, you talk straight to me.
If you have a fault, I will deal with your fault from start to finish.
There are no hidden charges; I charge HALF price to what your service provider would charge.
You can check the price with your provider 1st or call me.
From extensions to repairing of your internal wiring, repair of broadband faults or installation of cat5e/6 networks, through to complete telecommunication re-wires or providing a complete home distribution system.
I can also help with any computer issues.
When there is a fault with your home or office network then give me a call...For Faults i will aim to solve your problem NOW and not in a few days time.
For additional work you may wish to book an appointment in the evening or at weekends or when it is convenient to you.
My Working hours are 6am to 9.30pm 7 days a week.
Prices are based around HALF the cost of the leading service providers including call out charges.
