Dr Voyer received a PhD in Social Psychology from the London School of Economics (LSE), and a doctorate of science in management (DSc / Habilitation à Diriger des Recherches) from the Sorbonne University in Paris. Before this, he studied marketing at HEC Paris and the London Business School. He is also a chartered psychologist in the UK (CPsychol), a chartered scientist (CSci), and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society (AFBPsS).
Bill Morrow
Bill Morrow, has been creating, building & selling businesses for over 25 years. Founder and CEO of Angels Den, Europe & Asia's largest Business Angel Investor Network with 5000+ Business Angels, links to 1,000s more via syndicates/funds plus 400+ Business Angels a day visiting the website. Angels Den opened in MENA in 2012 across Qatar, Kuwait, Dubai and Abu Dhabi, Mexico in 2013 and Australia early 2014.
Angels Den was created to help companies, requiring an equity or business angel investor, to get their business in shape and attract angels.
Bill Morrows’ previous jobs have included accountant for Virgin and CEO of Morgan Chase.
Dr Voyer’s research focuses on self-perception, and the way it affects consumption and behaviours in organisations. He has authored or co-authored more than 70 scientific contributions to the field of applied psychology (journal articles, conference presentations, case studies...). Beyond academic research, he also collaborates with the media (TV, radio, press) as a scientific consultant (CNN International, The Washington Post, Sky News, CNBC, BBC 2, BBC Radio 4, Financial Times…). He worked for several years as a marketing practitioner in different industries, including FMCGs, banks, and public institutions and remains a freelance consultant in the area of marketing and organisational psychology.
Solveiga Pakštaitė
Industrial Design and Technology Specialist
Solveiga studied at Brunel University where she graduated with a first class honours degree in Industrial Design and Technology. She has spent a year at a human factors design consultancy, where she worked on research projects such as creating the passenger experience of the future for High Speed 2 and discovering the issues that visually impaired people have with public transport for Guide Dogs for the Blind Association.
After graduating she brought her expertise on how product design and innovation affects consumer behaviour to Canvas8, a behavioural insights practice.
Solveiga’s specialism lies in user-centred design, so understanding the people she solves problems for is a vital part of her work and it is this approach that has won her the UK national James Dyson award for her smart expiry label, Bump Mark.
Helena Morrissey CBE
CEO, Newton and Chair, Investment Management Association
Helena joined Newton in 1994 as a fixed income fund manager and was appointed CEO in 2001. Newton manages more than £50bn for pension funds, charities and through funds available to individual investors.
In 2010, Helena founded the 30% Club, a cross-business initiative aimed at achieving 30% women on UK corporate boards by 2015 through voluntary, business-led change. This has now become an international approach, with 30% Clubs in the US, Hong Kong, Ireland and Southern Africa. She also chairs Opportunity Now, Business in the Community’s gender diversity campaign.
In June 2014 Helena was appointed Chair of the Investment Management Association, the UK’s industry trade body whose members manage £5trn.
In both 2013 and 2014, Helena was voted one of the 50 Most Influential People in Finance by Bloomberg Markets Magazine. She is a Fellow of the Society of Investment Professionals, a Fellow of the London Business School and was appointed CBE in the 2012 New Year’s Honours list.
A Cambridge philosophy graduate, she began her career as a global bond analyst with Schroders in New York. Helena is married with nine children.
Steve Core

Steve Core is an inspirational leadership speaker and coach. Working with clients across Europe, America and Asia, Steve has inspired thousands of leaders across a number of organisations including Philips, Microsoft, Shell, Cadbury, Unilever, Eon and the UK Civil Service.
Steve shares his very personal story including how he has transformed his relationship with his father after being rejected by him and placed in a children’s home in Leeds, aged 13. Steve shares these key life, individual and organisational lessons he has learned in a very open, creative and visual way.
Prior to becoming a leadership coach Steve worked for 20 years in big companies, had 13 bosses and experienced first hand the demands of working in companies undergoing rapid change. He is fully aware of the challenging environment which pervades many large organizations, which he refers to as “glue” and the leadership needed to lead change in this environment.
Steve is English but has lived 20 years in The Netherlands, where he lives with his Dutch wife and two children. He is passionate about people and football.
