Getting Started with EMAZE
EMAZE OverviewEMAZE is a web-based content creation technology. The program allows users to create professional slide presentations with little experience. EMAZE also allows users to create social hub websites, blogs, ecards and photo albums. The platform interacts with most social media platforms like YouTube, Facebook, and other popular social medias. Users can easily share content anywhere on the web. EMAZE users can create original content or select from ready-made templates to build upon. Visit emaze.com to create your own EMAZE account.
Click one of the options to use Facebook, Google Plus (optional), or to register as a new user. If you select Facebook or the like, an account will be set up for you at sign-in. If you select new user, you will have to provide an email. Start screens will be the same for both “new user” and “alternative methods”.
To get start creating your first EMAZE presentatation, click create new.
Create Your EMAZE Presentation, Website, Blog, E-Card, or Photo Album
Select Create New option from the start screen. Select which content option you wish to create.
Create Presentation
Select Presentation to create a slide presentation.
Select your ready-made template or start with a Blank Emaze. Selecting a template will provide ready-made, professional slides that you will edit to meet your presentation needs.
Add slides by clicking the add folder at the top-left corner of the canvas screen. Delete unwanted slides by placing the mouse over the unwanted slide and clicking the ‘x’ box. You can add text, images, media, shapes, and widgets using the menu above your presentation. Located in the same menu are your commands to share, save, download, view live, and review your Themes settings. Note that many features are not available for free accounts.
Return to home screen by clicking the word emaze, located at the top left corner of the web page.
Edit the template to your satisfaction.
Create Website/Blog
Select Website or Blog to begin.
Select the website or blog template you wish to use, or select Blank.
Once you have selected your template, EMAZE will direct you to click edit to create your site. You will have the option to select your choice of social media. You can bypass the social media option by clicking create button.

Add slides by clicking the add folder at the top-left corner of the canvas screen. Delete unwanted slides by placing the mouse over the unwanted slide and clicking the ‘x’ box. You can add text, images, media, shapes, and widgets using the menu above your website or blog. Located in the same menu are your commands to share, save, download, view live, publish, and review your Themes settings.
To publish your website or blog click publish.
Select a domain name for your website or blog. If your name is available, you will see the message “congratulations” confirming that your website or blog address has been accepted. Note the domain name on the screen. To see your website or blog live, copy the URL address and paste it into your browser.
Create E-Card
Select E-Card to begin.
Select the E-Card template you wish to use, or select Blank. Once you have selected your ready-made template, EMAZE will direct you to click edit to create your E-Card.
Add slides by clicking the add folder at the top-left corner of the canvas screen. Delete unwanted slides by placing the mouse over the unwanted slide and clicking the ‘x’ box. You can add text, images, media, shapes, and widgets using the menu above your presentation. Located in the same menu are your commands to share, save, download, view live, and review your Themes settings.

Photo Album
Select Photo Album to begin.
Select the Photo Album template you wish to use or select Blank. Once you have selected your ready-made template, EMAZE will direct you to click edit to create your Phot Album.
Add slides by clicking the add folder at the top-left corner of the canvas screen. Delete unwanted slides by placing the mouse over the unwanted slide and clicking the ‘x’ box. You can add text, images, media, shapes, and widgets using the menu above your presentation.
Edit the template to your satisfaction.
