Sponsorship Levels

There are several levels of sponsorship that can be obtained for the club. We have various ways to display you or your company's name during events that we attend. These are the levels, in order of increased visibility to those at events.

Robot: brought to every single event that we do, including competitions and outreach at the middle school, although it cannot be seen as well as other options because it is on the roof of the robot. Comes with any donation above $100.

Poster: brought to all competitions and some outreach events, which includes information about our club and features sponsors in the middle. Comes with any donation above $200.

T-Shirt: this is worn at every single event that we go to and is highly visible on the back of the shirt, which means that anyone we meet walking around competitions and events, even if they are not near our pit area (away from the main competition area) can see your name or your company's name. Comes with any donation above $500.

Banner: This is displayed at more high-profile events than just regular competitions (such as the State Competition, East Super-Regional Competition and the World Championship ). These are more expensive to add sponsors to. Comes with any donation above $900.

What This Money Will Be Used For

Our club has many expenses, from parts to travel accommodations to outreach events. These are several uses of the money:

• 3D printers and related supplies (various filaments and replacement parts)
• Aluminum parts and screws
• Arduinos for use in a classroom setting (for mini robots)
• Mini robot supplies from Adafruit, also for teaching in a classroom setting
• Extra supplies, such as motors, pulleys, aluminum extrusions, wheels, foam, wires, and other necessary parts
• Travel to competitions throughout New Jersey and Maryland
• Purchasing a team laptop for code and Engineering Notebook
