Abstract: While typical teaching candidates have spent four years in high school prior to college, they rarely come to understand the administrative structure of their high schools and the responsibilities of various key personnel while attending as students. It concludes with a review of some of the basic characteristics that typify many Millennials – the so-called generation Y.
