Deamoolie Tea Garden - In this Garden, I have joined under Mr. Robin Taylor a well experienced Manager and well known for his quality work., I was very fortunate to join under him. Deamoolie Tea Garden that was 750 Ha garden and I have done first planting of my Life of 11 Ha. After 1 year I visited and found growth of the plants were good quality. This is the first Garden, where I came to know Garden culture, working style , Executive life style and working style of mass number of workers. These all system has been made by Britishers, we are still following it but not in same way. At present there are lots of improvement. We have ample of opportunity to develop Garden people standard of living. A Tea Garden consist of Area-Nursery-Sections-Drains-Factory-Office. These are the places one need to know for running Estate. The most difficult part is Man Handling, Which comes through Experiences. Here I was exposed to Field work and worked individually in the field of area 450 Ha for 5 Months. Under guidance of Manager and Asst. manager I learnt lots. I came in contact with Doom Doma Club, not much often but I went to attend few of the events. It was well organised.

Tippuk Tea Garden -In this Garden, I have worked for 10 months 4 Days. It was very typical Garden for me. But I have learnt best man handling part of my Life.

Here my Manager was Mr. Suranjit Sarma, a kind heart Manager and with loads of thirst for quality. This place was bit typical for me as a second Garden. Still slowly I got things in my Hand and I was run my responsibility nicely. There was lots of ups and Down in my days, for me days and night were similar, but that has really given me confidence to work in any harsh condition. What best thing has happened there, I interacted with so many of the peoples and tried bringing few of the new things.

Nonaipara Tea Garden- It is like Dream Garden, always being in Top 5 Quality tea in Assasm. Gardens is full with Biodiversity, Birds,Trees,Scenic view of Bhutan Mountain and lots more.. I am working under Manager Mr. Paran Das. I will continue writing after understanding more..
