R2-HRT

R2-HRT is going to be my personal R2 unit. One of the cooler items I want to include on it will be the ability to perform simple 3 to 5 lead EKGs. Colors will be white, silver, and red.

Working the skins up! The second picture shows where I had to strip things off due to some issues with tape.

That Red is amazing!!!

Going to need to mod the utility arms some before painting the arms red.

Working on a 3D printed mount for the Pittman Dome Motor.

Made my own version of the A&A Dome Gear to use as a template for drilling to use with a 1/4 inch set screw hub from Actobotics. 

Keep in mind that this is the original size gear from years ago, it is not the same sized gear being offered today. 

I check the Logics & PSI lights today and they are up and running.

9/21/2017: Almost finished the dome today! Need to install PSI lights and wire it up! Then install the slip ring and lifter (there is a motor controller on its way for the lifter unit). The motors need a pinch of work (belt guides/tensioner need to be made). Battery boxes & cables need to be installed and all of the foot shell details. Going to try to print up a booster cover tomorrow so I have matching ones rather than one 3D printed and one that is resin. Also hope that I can find my foot strips so that they can get installed as well. The radar eye lens was made from a 4 inch plastic ball, once cut down to size I spray painted the inside of the ball with black paint, easy as pie!! I'll need to make something so that the HPs are moving randomly & blinking then wire it up to it its own Arduino Nano.

09/22/2017: Got the lights all mounted today, as we are able to do a test.
