2026 Entry Process:
· Sign up via the Entry form below.
· Filling out the entry form does not guarantee you a slot!
· Initial entries will close the Friday before President's Day in February.
· If oversubscribed I will determine slots by lottery, with some preference for long-time DRB runners, RD's, returning runners, past DRB volunteers, or trail work volunteers.
· Entries/wait list to be communicated in February.
· Entry fees (currently set at $zero) will be collected when initial entries are accepted
· In March or April you will confirm your entry and contribution of aid or food.
2026 Entry withdrawal policy.
In order to combat the problem of too many people withdrawing from the race after signing up, the following policy will be in place. If you sign up and then later withdraw, to restore your eligibility to enter in any future year you must...
- Withdrawing before selection day or immediately after selected (to be determined): no donation required
- Between selection day and 10 days before the race: Donation of $10 to Blue Hills Trailside Museum
- Ten to two days before the race: $20 donation to Blue Hills Trailside Museum
- Within 48 hours or "no show ": $31 donation to Blue Hills Trailside Museum
