Welcome
I’m Taposh Bhattacharya, a corporate advisor based in Cambridge, advising senior leaders in the pharmaceutical industry.
I help pharmaceutical companies protect value during operational transition in acquisitions and divestments.
Managing risks and adapting to issues that come from paths of complex change is where I thrive, that’s why I love what I do and the industry I work in.
About Me
I've been delivering projects reliably over the last 22 years , leading complex business and technological change in an international business environment.
Driven by curiosity, I have moved across industry sectors and functions, always applying the core fundamentals of project and program management but more recently have been focusing more on the pharmaceutical industry.
I understand the delivery of projects relies heavily on collaboration, and communications style plays to this. As a corporate advisor to senior leaders, I understand the need to influence stakeholders and engage teams across locations and time zones. Different personalities work in different ways, I not only understand this but ensure each individual is playing to their strengths to deliver the best possible outcome for each project.
Resilience and perseverance under pressure are key, as is the knowledge to understand how to communicate with both technical and non-technical teams.
After spending a large amount of time overseas, I now live in Cambridge in the UK with my wonderful wife and two sons. I spend most of my free time with my family, exploring Cambridge.
Having your own passions and making time for you is very important. At this time I enjoy viewing fine art prints at galleries, tinkering with old watches and developing my new skill of sketching.
