Describe how you are assessing student learning, providing examples of your assessments or detailed descriptions that connect to your learning outcomes. You may want to create a course curriculum map to show how and where outcomes and assessments intersect. For assessment descriptions, include the following:
What is the title or topic of the assessment (or assignment)?
How does this assessment fit into the "bigger picture" of your course or their curriculum, for example, how does it address university student learning outcomes?
What type of assessment is it (formative, summative)?
What are the learning outcomes?
How will you determine if outcomes have been met? What must you be able to observe?
What are the prerequisites?
What will the students do to complete the work?
How will their work be assessed?
How will students receive feedback?
What materials or resources will be used?
How much time will students have to complete the work?

*Be careful to maintain privacy of individual students. (You should not post student work online, unless you have permission to share their work; however, you can still describe the key issues discovered by your assessment of their work.)
