(September 21 2017; modified on Sept 28, 2017) We have created 'psed2scrnstate_pseudo.dta', where EACH OF THE VARIABLES IS RANDOMLY SORTED in the original 'psed2scrnstate.dta'. You can just use this pseudo data to run through 'gender_20160724.do'. Obviously, it will yield TOTALLY different results from the paper, though. When you save this data file on your directory change its name to 'psed2scrnstate.dta' or replace Line 90 of ''gender_20160724.do' by ''use psed2scrnstate_pseudo.dta, clear".
