Membership
In order to make Taft as wonderful as it can possibly be, we need your support! A 1-year Parent Teacher Association (PTA) membership costs $7.00 per person (plus $1 Totem service fee). You will receive benefits and will hear about opportunities to vote, volunteer, donate, or attend meetings, but how involved you get is completely up to you!
Joining the PTA gives you a way to keep in touch with volunteer opportunities, school events, and the knowledge that you are not only helping out your child, but every child in the nation!

Why join PTA? The number one reason to join Taft PTA (also known as William Howard Taft Elementary Parent Teacher Association) is to benefit your child. In doing so, you also help other children at the school, and children throughout California and the nation. But wait! There are many more reasons to join:
