Completing the CMALT portfolio has assisted me in taking time out from my daily work routine to reflect on my personal and professional achievements, whilst also looking towards the future and what I can do for future developments.

A particular area that I would like to explore more is the provision of more support to students, through delivering more training sessions and by working more closely with the Student Union.

As well as this, I plan to continue focusing on working on my personal development by attending conferences, short courses and workshops.
