Background: since 1972 I have been engaged in the PVC industry, working with polymer producers, compounders, and reprocessors, in both technical and commercial functions.
In 1999, together with a colleague we founded SCSVinyls Ltd, its prime activity being to sell virgin PVC compounds, both rigid and flexible grades to the UK market. We were also successful in gaining business with the sales of reprocessed PVC compounds. At the end of SCSVinyls third financial year, the 2 directors chose to go our separate ways, and on 1 November 2003, Sutton Polymers Ltd was born.
