Beadwork

I have enjoyed beadwork as a hobby since I was introduced to it in middle school by my neighbor, an art teacher in the area.  I was also inspired by a trip with my Girl Scout troop to the Iroquois Museum in Howes Cave, NY.  I like to work on beaded projects that involve creating larger designs out of smaller [seed] beads.  I also like fixing jewelry when needed.

Often I work on pieces that are designed by other artists and featured in beading magazines, such as Beadwork.  For each piece represented here, I will indicate if it is my original design or include the designer's name and where I found the design.
