Munich has an international airport and convenient train connections to most places in continental Europe. Most talks take place at the Institute of Mathematics of LMU Munich, located in the center of Munich.

  • At the main train station (Hauptbahnhof), turn left at the end of the platform towards the north entrance, take Bus 100 towards Ostbahnhof and get off at Pinakotheken (4th stop). (Travel time: ~15 minutes.)

  • At Munich Airport (MUC), go to the S-Bahn station and take S1 or S8. At Karlsplatz/Stachus, change to Tram 27 or 28 towards Petuelring/Scheidplatz and get off at Pinakotheken. (Travel time: ~1 hour.)

  • The lecture hall is in A 027 (ground floor, south side of the building).

  • Registration: in front of the lecture hall before the first lecture and during the breaks.

On Tuesday, the talks take place at the Center for Mathematics of TU Munich, located in Garching. There will be a bus transfer starting at LMU's Institute of Mathematics.
