Consultancy
During April and May 2005, I participated in a consultancy project for Cable & Wireless Corporation (C&W) (major telecommunications service provider in the UK). The objective was to analyze the current procurement and supply chain operations of their fixed-line phone division in the Caribbean region (mainly Jamaica, Barbados and Cayman Island). My role was to deliver an initial appraisal aiming to reduce operating cost in the business unit. I worked with in team that included consultants from Deloitte, UK and Added Value Logistics PLC, UK.
