“Dean was brought on as a consultant to our company to assist us in our Lean initiatives in manufacturing. Dean brought with him a wealth of knowledge and specific tools for us to use, not just for immediate use, but to set us up well into our future. The tools he gave us made waste easy to identify and he gave us concrete solutions to eliminate waste. He was also able to aid us in identifying more compex issues to minimize wait time in the office processes. He came well prepared by doing preliminary conference calls to identify areas of need, and he provided follow-up to assist us further in sustaining our efforts.
