A steel framed hangar, 45ft x 45ft room for three aircraft. There are good approach and takeoff runs not overflying any villages. When approaching to land on 270° we use a displaced threshold, being the first hedge line, 200m in from the tree line at the bottom of the field. This 200m is available for takeoff runs. The Easterly approach can be used in no wind, or eastwind. Flying a dogleg approach over my land to avoid overflying neighbours, this approach must not be used by anyone without being checked by an experienced pilot.
