RESERVE THE PAVILION

The Pavilion, Playground & Beach rules apply even if you have reserved the Pavilion for a private gathering. Do not leave trash from a private gathering inside or outside the property - you must have your trash hauled away immediately following your private gathering.

This permit application is for Private Use of the Sunrise Beach Club Beach and Pavilion property located on Capstan Drive, Forked River for a Sunrise Beach Property Owner in good standing. The permit holder is responsible for the conduct of attending guests, and utilization of the property in a safe manner.

You must provide proof of insurance. The insurance policy's endorsement or rider should name "Sunrise Beach Club" as additional insured and name the place of event: "Beach Pavilion 1105 Capstan Drive, Forked River NJ 08731." Acceptable insurance is homeowner's insurance and event insurance. If you purchase event insurance, please include the alcohol endorsement - even if you have no plan to serve alcohol.

Contact your insurance broker for more information about adding the endorsement or a rider to your homeowner's policy. Alternatively, you can use the term "event insurance" on an internet search engine to shop around for pricing. As a guide, 1 million dollars of event coverage is available online for just over $100 at the time of this writing.

Please complete this application to reserve the Pavilion. Completing the application does not guarantee the reservation. Part of the application includes uploading your event insurance declaration page - it can be submitted as a pdf or image.

At the conclusion of the reservation, the permit holder will insure that the property is left in a neat and clean manner. All tables, chairs and materials brought on the property are to be removed. Any garbage generated must be suitably contained and removed from the property. Upon a satisfactory inspection of the property by a club officer or trustee at the conclusion of the reservation, the $200.00 cleanup deposit will be refunded to the property owner.

The Annual SBC Picnic is usually held on the first Saturday of August with the immediate Sunday as the rain date. Please check available dates on the calendar below.
