Membership Addresses

MEMBERSHIP IS MANDATORY

We actually have a lot of people from surrounding areas contacting us to join the Club. It's probably because they want to enjoy the use of our common areas. Unfortunately, you must own a property in the Sunrise Beach, Sanctuary or Baywoods area to be a Member - all of these developments are considered "Sunrise Beach" and are found on a common tax map listed as "Sunrise Beach." The list of property addresses with the required deed restriction for Membership are listed below. The developer of Sunrise Beach, Sanctuary and Baywoods did not make Membership optional for these properties. Meaning all properties in Sunrise Beach, Sanctuary and Baywoods are required to be Members and pay dues even if they do not use the common areas.
