Boat Ramp Key

Keys for the boat ramp gate are available to members in good standing for a $30.00 non-refundable fee by completing the application below. 

Ramp gate keys are the property of the Sunrise Beach Club. A property owner may receive one ramp gate key upon request and payment of a one time non-refundable $30.00 fee. Ramp gate keys must be returned directly to the Sunrise Beach Club prior to the sale of their property. There is now a charge of $150.00 to replace a lost key if it is not returned to the Sunrise Beach Club. 

Ramp gate keys are only issued to the property owner of record. Renters are eligible to use ramp gate keys with the permission of the property owner and appropriate notification to the Sunrise Beach Club via e-mail (sbclacey@gmail.com).
