Office of the Superintendent

The Superintendent, also know as the Managing Agent or Property Manager, is appointed by the Board of Managers to perform such duties and services with respect to the management and operation of the Condominium as the Board shall from time to time authorize.

The office of Superintendent is located in the Clubhouse building on the condominium property.

Mr. Gaska keeps the following regular office hours each week for the convenience of our Unit Owner/Residence:

Monday - 10 a.m. to noon

Wednesday - 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Friday - 10 a.m. to noon

You can also meet with Mr. Gaska at other times by contacting him and making a specific appointment.
