Our goal is to provide the highest quality of services to our clients. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, please call or email and we will remedy any of your concerns. We value our clients and strive for perfection!
Payment
Since we do no billing for our services, we appreciate full payment on the day of the cleaning. Please leave your check on the kitchen counter or table.
Schedule Change
Should you need a change to your schedule, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled services.
Special Cleaning Requests
We will complete the services agreed to during the quote process. If you would like us to add services to your regular cleaning schedule or simply would like a special project done, we will be happy to do this for you. Please give us ample notice (we prefer 48 hours) of such requests so we can modify schedules accordingly.
Inclement Weather
During periods of extreme inclement weather, our services maybe delayed or cancelled. We will do our best to communicate this via email or a phone call if this situation arises.
What can I do to get ready for your cleaning service?
Please don’t clean up before we get there, but do “pick up” as much as possible so we can focus on providing top-notch, quality services you expect.
