Welcome to my website where I hope you will find the information you need to know about the counselling, psychotherapy and clinical supervision services that I offer. Counselling and psychotherapy provide a place to explore painful feelings, personal problems and issues, dilemmas and choices in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental setting with the aim of nurturing self awareness, insight, healing and transformation.  

I can offer help with the following: couple counselling, relationships, anxiety, depression,  low self -esteem and confidence building, bereavement support, loss, work related issues, physical, mental and sexual abuse, bullying, stress management, panic attacks, phobias, trauma, PTSD, EMDR and personal growth.

I also offer clinical supervision to trainees and fully qualified and experienced counsellors and psychotherapists.  I supervise both individuals and groups.

I have a comfortable, private consultancy room in a village 5 minutes west of  Eastbourne.  I can also work with you, whether you require therapy or supervision, by telephone or online. I can usually offer a quick appointment which will be flexible according to your needs.  I also offer short or long term counselling/psychotherapy .  I am GDPR compliant and keep no online client data.

My fees are negotiable.  

One Individual counselling/psychotherapy session is £50 

One couple counselling session is £55

One Supervision session is £50

                      All fees are negotiable.   Each session lasts for 50 minutes.
