I am currently a Research Scientist at GE Healthcare, Bangalore, India and am working on medical image analysis.

I pursued my PhD at VisAGeS U1228 research unit. My thesis focussed on obtaining brain tissue microstructure information from T2 relaxometry MRI data using multi-compartment models. This research was carried out in close collaboration between VisAGeS U1228 and the Computational Radiology Laboratory at the Children’s Hospital, Boston (https://team.inria.fr/barbant/).

Prior to my PhD, I worked at Medical Image Analysis Lab, GE Global Research, Bangalore, India on MR/PET image analysis and Perfusion MRI image analysis.

I completed my MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from University of Wisconsin, Madison and my research focus was on statistical signal processing and Medical Image analysis.
